Thermal Spa in Paradise

For those of you reading this from the northern hemisphere, we are getting jealous of your oncoming spring and summer. Spring time is hard to beat in Wisconsin and Atlanta. It’s getting cold here guys. Really cold, we are heading north to try and warm up, we’ve had low 60’s for highs this last week. So, we decided to head to the natural hot springs Mendoza. Termas Cacheuta is a water park outside of Mendoza with pool after pool of hot water. There are pools of all temperatures from 65 -100 F. Something for everyone, including waterfalls and hot water slides.

Leah describes it as Wile E. Coyote land, and I agree looks just like a Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner cartoon. The rest of the day we wandered around the water park and the small neighboring village arguing who is the coyote and who is the road runner in our relationship.

After we left the park, we found a very beautiful and equally scary bridge. It was a little bit unstable and very squeaky.

The day was finished walking by a mountain-fed stream, admiring the crystal clear water.
